• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions together with any service agreement or engagement letter provided to you.

• "Matter" — the specific pension issue or proceeding in respect of which Sutthi is retained.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have the capacity to enter into a legal agreement under Thai law.
• The information you provide to us is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

3. Service Description

Sutthi provides pension protection legal services to individuals in Thailand. Our services include:

• Rights Clarification Meeting (฿3,500): A consultation to explain your pension entitlements under applicable Thai legislation and outline available options.
• Claim Preparation (฿5,600): Preparation and drafting of pension claims or formal objections on your behalf, including communication with relevant bodies.
• Complete Representation (฿7,800): Full representation throughout a pension matter, from initial documentation through to any proceedings or hearings.

The precise scope of each engagement is confirmed in a written service agreement provided to you before work commences. Services are available to individuals located in Thailand.

4. Client Responsibilities

To enable Sutthi to act effectively on your behalf, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information relevant to your matter.
• Inform us promptly of any changes in your circumstances that may affect your matter.
• Respond to requests for documents, instructions, or clarification within a reasonable time.
• Attend any required meetings or proceedings when notified in advance.
• Use the website and our services for lawful purposes only.

Sutthi cannot be held responsible for delays or outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are fixed for the service described, unless the scope changes by mutual agreement. Details:

• Payment terms and methods are confirmed in the engagement letter for each matter.
• If the scope of work expands beyond what was originally agreed, any additional fee will be discussed with you in writing before additional work is undertaken.
• Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where Sutthi has not fulfilled its obligations under the agreed service description.
• Outstanding fees may affect the continued handling of your matter.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, layout, and design — is the property of Sutthi and is protected under applicable Thai law. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our materials commercially without prior written permission. Legal advice and documents prepared for your matter remain subject to confidentiality and may not be shared or published without our agreement.

7. Disclaimers

The information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute formal legal advice. Engaging Sutthi's services through a written agreement is required before a legal relationship is established.

Sutthi will act with care and professional skill in handling your matter; however:

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Sutthi's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service to which the claim relates. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Confidentiality

All information shared with Sutthi in connection with your matter is treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties without your explicit written consent, except where required by Thai law or by court order. 10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or our services shall be referred first to good-faith discussion between the parties. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us in writing at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 21 days.
